Hello dear friends... Yes, it's true. I am rude. I have left xanga world hanging with the promise of revealing the sex of my child and posting prego pictures. But I have not done what I said I would do. I've carried guilt for months now because of my lack of follow through. Forgive me. Well, now I will do what I have been meaning to do for so many months; update. On August 7th, we had our second ultrasound and found that we are having a BOY!!! Can you see his little boyhood...?
Now you may recall from my pregnancy announement post that I was hoping and planning for a girl. Obviously, God had a different plan and I know His ways are much better than mine. Although it did take a few a weeks of processing, I am sooooo excited about welcoming a handsome son into the world. However, we do not have a name picked out yet as we did with a girl. We are waiting for the right name to strike our hearts. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you've checked Jason's sight lately you may already know that in late September we moved to Kansas City, MO. We moved here to be a part of the International House of Prayer community and to be house mates with our dear friends Katie and Nathan LePage. They are great!
We are definatley beginning to feel settled into our new home in Missouri, but its taking some time for us to find out place here (as transition always does). In the mean time, we are preparing for the birth of our son sometime around December 21st and I am growing by the day. I am doing some part time nannying and Jason is focusing a lot on his school work and on finding a good job that will support us but also allow him time for the Prayer room and worship. And now for some prego pics...can you see the progression? April 25th, 2007...Positive Pregnancy Test Day
